The ¾ wellstep is a kind of wellness step choreographied for ¾ rhythmic music. Unlike the traditional step the music in the ¾ step is slower, the movements are smoother, however, as a result of lower intensity and „more evolved” movements, the fat-burning efficiency ratio is higher than the traditional step’s. The smoother movements and lighter rhythm mean a friendly way of moving for the joints and motoric system.

Kick-Box – For Fitness lovers
Imagine an aerobic class that is full of self-defence movements (kicks, hits). This training is extremely tough and improves all conditional skills at the same time. Kick-box is simple and easy-to-follow for everybody. It is possible to have a relatively fast rhythm by using simple elements and by combining it with aerobic it creates an enjoyable and real combat athmosphere.
The class starts with a warm-up and follows with an intensive, stamina-developing aerob part. One can easily get rid of the extra weight thanks to this part. The aerob part is followed by abdomen-training and stretching at the end of the class.
Latin Aerobic (or Batuka) – For Fitness lovers
Batuka is a very entertaining, but effective form of fat-burning tranings. Entertainment is given by the Latin American rhythm and the efficiency is ensured by the aerobic elements built in the various dance movements. Batuka is an aerobic-like sport containing choreographic elements from Latin American dances such as Cumbia, Merengue, Reggaeton, Rumba, Salsa, Samba and Vallenato. Kangoo – For Fitness lovers
Kangoo aerobic is almost the same as traditional aerobic. It starts with a 10-15 minute warm-up, then comes an almost 20-minute aeerob part in Kangoo shoes. The special Kangoo Jumps shoes can give back the happiness of jumping to overweights and people who have joint problems without causing harmful physical exertion. The exercises done in Kangoo shoes don’t harm the joints because the shoes adsorb more than 80% of the exertion.
